Home is where the heart is, and Walton has held mine forever. I want to be a resource for people who are in pain, stressed out, injured, and need some time to relax and take care of their bodies. Our community will be stronger if we are healthier, and I hope to be a part of that strength.

Although my style will continue to change throughout my career, for now, here are some words that have been used consistently by my clients to describe my work. Hopefully these will give you an idea as to what to expect from a session with me.
The massages I give tend to be a slower Swedish-based session, with focused, deep myofascial tissue work to work with your body's muscle and connective tissue to heal and relax. There may be trigger points targeted, joints mobilized, and stretching utilized, but you will experience it as a unified, individualized massage session. Often, even using a deep pressure technique, my clients will fall into deep relaxation. If your session is more intense for specific rehabilitation and maintenance purposes, I will keep it at a manageable level and continually check in with you.
No massage I give you will ever be the same as one I give to another person, or even to you on a different day. Every body is different every time. Your needs are different; what exactly your body needs is something the tissue lets me know when I put my hands on you.
